This 2-hour hands on workshop will lead you through each of the True Barre postures, focusing on technique, ensuring you are firing the proper muscle groups, and helping to perfect your form for injury prevention. Modifications will also be provided. Next, we will take a break from the β€œbarre” for interactive discussion to get your feedback and ensure each participants questions and needs.
