We are a Barre/Pilates studio with a fresh, exciting approach to fitness. Our focus is on total well-being and sense of community.

We offer a variety of unique classes, including our signature True Barre class. All classes are taught by certified, experienced instructors committed to helping you to achieve your goals in an open, supportive environment regardless of experience or fitness level.

Our Instructors

Susan

Susan opened Core Barre studio in 2015 with a goal of creating a positive and welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
Passionate about fitness, she believes by making exercise fun it will become a lifestyle.
Susan places great emphasis on developing strong, authentic connections with her students. Her classes will leave you feeling strong, capable and successful.

Donna

Donna enjoys sharing her love of exercise and years of experience as a barre instructor with her students. Her energy and enthusiasm will motivate you. Whether you are new to barre or you would like to bring your practice to the next level, Donna will encourage and support you in your fitness journey.

Liz

Liz has always been a fitness enthusiast. As a student, she loved barre so much she was inspired to pursue teacher training and become an instructor. Liz’s impeccable form and attention to detail ensures you a safe result oriented workout.

Kelli

Kelli loves to share her holistic approach to health and fitness. Kelli’s knowledge of body mechanics enables her to offer high energy workouts that will challenge you to work safely beyond your comfort zone to build strength, flexibility and confidence!

Julie

Julie loved the strength, flexibility and body connection she gained from Pilates so much, she became an instructor. She will encourage you to tap into your inner strength and to meet new challenges!

What to Expect?

Your First Class

Let’s make your first class a success!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first class. This will give you time to ask any questions, and for our Core staff to help you get set up. We’ll run through the layout of class and introduce the necessary equipment options to get you ready and excited!

What to Wear

You should wear pants, capris, or leggings that you will feel comfortable moving in.

Barre socks are welcome and can be purchased at the studio.

Please remove your street shoes before walking through the studio!

What to Bring

All the equipment needed for class will be provided by the studio.

All you need to bring is a water bottle and a smile!

Clutter

We come to the barre to break from the distractions of our daily routine. Please store all cell phones, electronic devices, bags and car keys in our complimentary cubbies.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your spot in class online up to 4 hours before class starts. Failure to do so, or if you do not show up to a reserved class, will cause you to lose the class.

Late Arrivals

We understand life can be busy! Please be considerate of the instructors and fellow students taking class and be as quiet as possible when late.
