This low impact, high results workout will tone and elongate your muscles and reshape your body. The format is designed for all fitness levels to ensure a safe, effective and empowering workout with special emphasis on form and body alignment.

Class is choreographed to a playlist that will have you pulsin’ through even the most difficult moves!

Pilates Plus

If you want a strong core, improved muscle tone, along with increased flexibility and a leaner look. This class is for you!

Pilates Plus is a dynamic workout based on traditional Pilates exercises using music to energize and motivate you to move.

This class incorporates Pilates circles, 9 inch Pilates balls, light weights and bands to keep your body challenged.

Corefirst

Tap into your strength with Corefirst resistance training!

Our specialty Corefirst bands give you the extra resistance to really feel that burn.
